Renewable/Clean Energy
Wave Law®’s team has experience working in the development and commercialization of clean technologies and protecting related intellectual property rights, both in the U.S. and internationally. We have worked on transactions and other matters involving products in the areas of wind energy, energy generation, and storage devices, such as Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) technology for CO2 capture, delivery, and electricity production.
We have also represented technology start-ups that are developing technologies to reduce the carbon footprint of companies and their supply chains, including systems to track and implement such carbon footprint reduction initiatives. Importantly, we have deep experience with legal matters and transactions relating to the development, demonstration, and distribution of electric autonomous vehicles.
